We constantly remind ourselves of the original reason we introduced Burt's Bees to the Taiwanese market. "Natural" was not a popular term at the time, and most people knew nothing about the benefits of natural ingredients. We could only explain them patiently to customers, as if they were family members. We just wanted our family to benefit from the safest, most responsible products.
Throughout our journey, we have never strayed from our values. We have counted on more than just fancy marketing to gain popularity. Even if we don't believe in fancy fragrances and luxurious packaging, we still adhere to our original principles because we care only about what's best for you.
